From chariot wheels to carbon fibre.

A life built in increments: a festival, a black belt, eighty-plus committee rooms and, in 2026, a studio of my own.

The wheel · 2016 —

It starts with a chariot.

Every year since 2016, I've helped organise Lord Jagannath's chariot festival with the Jay Jagannath Lok Taran Trust. Odisha runs on that image: a wooden chariot, thousands of hands on the ropes, a wheel that keeps turning.

Down the coast at Konark, a stone wheel does something stranger: it tells time. Eight broad spokes and eight fine ones make a sundial carved in the 13th century. I've borrowed it as the symbol for everything I build: heritage, rhythm, precision.

Show up. Drill the basics. Take the hit, then go again. Taekwondo taught me that progress is a habit long before it's a result.

I hold a World Taekwondo-certified Black Dan I. I've competed at district, state and international level, and today I coach as well as compete. The belt is a reminder that nothing worth having arrives in one big jump.

The committee room · 2017 — 2025

Eighty-plus rooms, one lesson.

My Model UN record starts in 2017 with a Best Delegate award at Universal MUN. I won it again in 2019 and 2021. Then I moved to the other side of the dais: Executive Board for UNHRC in 2022, President of Universal MUN in 2023, Secretary General in 2024.

That same year I organised ROMUN, the Rubicon Model United Nations in Mumbai: 200 delegates, six committees, from UNSC to a Lok Sabha. In 2025 I ran design for the HR College MUN. More than eighty conferences in, the lesson is simple.

The ledger · 2023 — 2026

Learning business from the inside.

From 2023 I kept the books at Sonar Marine: transaction records and B2B deal paperwork. At Kia Hospitality, working with a Jio-bp Wild Bean Café, I handled inventory, sales, accounts and hiring. At Arc Shipping Services I turned stacks of paper into clean Excel systems.

None of it was glamorous. All of it was how real businesses actually work, and it's the reason my studio talks about scope, ownership and accountability before it talks about design.

The studio · 2026 —

Three tracks, one rule.

This year I started a B.Tech in Electronics & Computer Science at KIIT and launched Webber Alpha, a founder-led digital studio that ships websites, custom software, international SEO and social growth in 14 business days. I also took on the tech lead role at Ocean Master Marine.

Study, studio, client work. The rule across all three is the one from the mat: ship, learn, improve, repeat.

Small gains, every lap.

Kaizen means continuous improvement. It's the rule behind everything on this site, because it's the only strategy I trust.
